1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the M.Lenbd.Org Android application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App and uninstall it immediately.

2. License to Use

M.Lenbd.Org grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

The App is offered in two tiers:

• Free Tier: Ad-supported, fully functional. You may unlock downloads by watching a short ad sequence.
• Premium License: Ad-free, purchased via Gumroad. License is bound to your Android device ID and is non-transferable.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the main streaming features of the App. The Black Door private vault is strictly restricted to users aged 18 years or older. By accessing the Black Door vault, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to view adult content.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (ProGuard / R8 obfuscation is enforced).
• Not share, resell, or redistribute your premium license key.
• Not use VPNs, proxies, or ad-blocking software to circumvent the ad-supported model or geo-restrictions.
• Not attempt to bypass the Black Door authentication mechanism.
• Not use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

The App does not host any content on its servers. All movies, TV shows, live TV channels, and adult content available through the App are sourced from publicly available third-party streaming providers. We aggregate these sources for convenience but do not claim ownership of any streamed content.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party trademark does not constitute or imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.

The App's source code, design, branding (M.Lenbd.Org name and logo), and original artwork are the intellectual property of M.Lenbd.Org and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

6. Premium License Terms

Premium licenses are sold through Gumroad and are subject to Gumroad's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

• Each license is valid for one Android device only and is bound to the device's unique Android ID.
• If you change devices, contact support with your Gumroad receipt for license migration (subject to verification).
• Refunds are handled according to Gumroad's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to revoke a license if we detect sharing, resale, or fraudulent activity.

7. Ad-Supported Model

Free-tier users will see non-intrusive smart ads served by StartApp and our internal AdScheduler. Ad placements include:

• Splash ad (10s after app launch)
• Homepage ad (every 3 minutes)
• Player-idle ad (after 2 minutes of inactivity)
• Back-press ad (every 3 back-presses on home)
• Download-unlock ad (3 ads before each download unlocks)

Attempting to block ads via ad-blockers, modified DNS, or VPNs will trigger the Anti-AdBlocker gate, which restricts access to the App until the blocker is disabled.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Streaming sources will remain available or be of consistent quality.
• Downloaded content will play correctly on all devices.
• Errors or defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M.Lenbd.Org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from streaming or downloading copyrighted content from third-party sources.
• Damages resulting from the Black Door private vault content.
• Damages resulting from device compatibility issues or rooting-related problems.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold M.Lenbd.Org harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App (including premium features) at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Copyright Policy

M.Lenbd.Org respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our App to do the same. While we do not host any content on our servers — the App only aggregates publicly available streaming sources from third-party providers — we are committed to responding to alleged copyright infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.

2. How the App Works

It is important to understand that:

• M.Lenbd.Org is a streaming aggregator, not a content host.
• We do not upload, store, or transmit any video files through our servers.
• When you stream a movie, TV show, or live channel, the video is fetched directly from third-party CDNs and embed providers.
• Our Cloudflare Worker only caches TMDB metadata (movie titles, cast, posters) — never video content.

Therefore, if you wish to have a piece of content removed from the App's listings, you must contact the underlying streaming provider directly. However, we can remove the link from our aggregator upon receiving a valid DMCA notice.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a copyright infringement notice, please send a written communication to dmca@m.lenbd.org that includes the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL or stream identifier within the App, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
• Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name at the end of the email constitutes an electronic signature).

4. Response Time

We will acknowledge receipt of your DMCA notice within 48 hours and process valid notices within 7 business days. Upon validation, we will:

• Remove the offending link from our aggregator.
• Notify the user who added the content (if applicable).
• Keep a record of the takedown for our internal files.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed from the App in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which M.Lenbd.Org may be found).
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts or block the IP addresses of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others, in appropriate circumstances.

7. No Content Hosting

Because M.Lenbd.Org does not host any content, removing a link from our aggregator does not affect the availability of the underlying content on the third-party streaming provider. For complete removal, you must contact the hosting provider directly.

9. False Claims

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled through mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Think carefully before filing a notice.
